This Scrum course was really great! I finally understood (very quickly) concepts that I needed to read and re-read on the Professional Product Owner book. The interaction set by the trainer was really great. I took the exam the day after and I passed it.

course recommendation working together
I just finished a Scrum Master course through Scrum.org called "PSMI - Professional Scrum Master," led by the amazing Michal Epstein. We covered a lot of ground in two days including: * the basics of Scrum, * effective product delivery * team & teamwork * and the Scrum Master role. There were a lot of takeaways from this course, but my favorites were that Scrum is a mindset and framework, not a strict method that you need to follow every step of the way. I also loved learning about the important role that the Scrum Master plays within this framework by supporting, guiding, and helping the team to continuously improve and deliver. We had a lot of opportunities to "get down and dirty" with our newfound skills. Working in teams and get to see firsthand how Scrum can help teams collaborate more effectively and deliver real value to customers. Again, a huge shoutout to Michal Epstein for providing such an engaging and informative experience, and to Villa Wilhelma Winery for the hospitality. Here are some pics from our 2 days adventure. Enjoy!
